Thank you for your wonderful website. The tips are great - and the videos are exceptional. Our developmentally disabled daughter lives a few doors down from us in a home we rent to her and her DD roommate and staff. They have 120 degree regulations, and they are required by the state to check water temperature monthly -- I always thought it was ridiculous. No longer do I feel that way . . . !
And I copied the tips on care and feeding of disposals and put them into a WORD document. Then I laminated it -- went over it with each staff member -- and mounted it in a frequently-used cupboard in the kitchen. Our "Toilet Training and the Care and Feeding of Disposers" mini-seminar with staff was hugely successful and greatly appreciated by staff. They each said they learned so much!
